Betty Hayes, MS, TCM

Betty Hays brings more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, community partnerships, and connecting individuals and families with the resources they need to build more stable and fulfilling lives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Science in Adult and Juvenile Corrections and Community Leadership.

Throughout her career in the private workforce-development sector, Betty developed strong partnerships with employers, community organizations, and service agencies. Her work extended well beyond job placement. She helped individuals overcome barriers to employment and personal success by connecting them with resources for transportation, food, clothing, and other essential needs.

Betty later expanded her experience through a year of social work and has spent nearly two years working as a Targeted Case Manager, helping individuals and families identify needs, access community resources, navigate challenges, and work toward greater independence and stability.

At the heart of Betty’s work is the belief that everyone deserves more than simply having their basic needs met. She believes people should have access to the support and opportunities that allow them to move beyond worrying about day-to-day necessities and focus on their personal goals, aspirations, and dreams.

Through her role with PsychMind, Betty is committed to meeting clients where they are, recognizing their individual strengths and needs, and helping connect them with meaningful resources and opportunities that can improve their quality of life.

Her approach is simple: connect people with the right resources, remove barriers whenever possible, and help them create a path toward the life they want to achieve.
