Cynthia Hess, LCSW, brings over 20 years of experience providing a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore the challenges preventing them from living their fullest lives. She offers an eclectic, evidence-based approach to counseling, working with a diverse range of individuals—from young adults to seniors—facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, ADHD, autism, family dynamics, grief, caregiver stress, and LGBTQ concerns.

Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cynthia combines this expertise with mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges. Her goal is to empower each individual with the tools they need to move forward with greater self-assurance and resilience.
